Returns

Please follow these steps if you would like to return an item to us:

Step 1: Before shipping your item(s), please ensure that the following criteria are met:

• The item is in original condition with all tags etc.
• The item is unworn and unwashed 
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods

Step 2: Please contact our customer support

Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 days. The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

If you received a defective/incorrect item or would like to exchange your product for a different color/size , we will definitely provide you with a free return label. Please contact our customer support:

You will receive a response within 24 hours.
