Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volumes.

🌎 Other countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: During busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays or slower tracking updates beyond our control. For international orders, customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays.


Order Accuracy & Address Details

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or cancellation of your order.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details.
If we do not receive a response within that time, Always&Co reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

We’ll do our best to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.


Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, it becomes their responsibility for safe delivery.

We will assist you in contacting the courier to file a claim and follow up on your behalf.

  • Always&Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

  • Such cases are not covered under our refund policy, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and carrier investigation results.

  • If your package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
