KEEP MOVING AFTER 50

I didn’t realize how much my mom missed yoga until she started asking me about everyone in her class.

“Does Susan still go on Tuesdays?”

“Have they changed the morning schedule?”

She’d been skipping for weeks, but she clearly hadn’t lost interest.
